Shipments, refunds and returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post with tracking. If you prefer delivery by Express Post with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling and Transport fees are fixed at $10 for orders under $100, whereas transport fees are FREE for orders over $100. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.


Refunds, Warranty and Returns

Machine Refunds

If you are not 100% satisfied with your machine, simply return within 30 days at your cost (in the same condition with all the items you originally received) for a partial refund*

*There will be a $200 restocking fee for Machines purchased at a price of $999 or less (not including insurance)

*There will be a 20% restocking fee for Machines purchased at a price of $1000 or more (not including insurance)

This fee is for the administration involved plus returned machines need to be tested, cleaned and supplied with a new hose and filter and sold at a discounted price.

All items originally supplied must be returned in 'as new' condition at your cost.


Mask and Accessory Refunds

Due to hygiene/health reasons, we are unable to accept masks, hoses, water tanks and pillows for return if the packaging has been opened.


Change of mind before goods are shipped

It is OK to change your mind before your order is shipped, however we reserve the right to deduct an amount not exceeding $50 from your refund to cover administration expenses.



One Stop CPAP is authorised to provide and perform warranty service and support. Products purchased from One Stop CPAP are warranted by the manufacturer to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for the duration of the warranty period.


Manufacturer warranties commence from the date of invoice and shall terminate and be of no further effect after the applicable and relevant time period has elapsed, as summarised in the table below;

CPAP Machines 2 Years
Batteries, Solar Panels, Heated Humidifiers 1 Year
HealthGear products including Blood Pressure Monitors, Scales and TENS 1 Year
Water Tanks, CPAP Hoses, Masks, Headgear, Chinstraps & Accessories 90 days
  90 days


This warranty is applicable to the original purchaser in Australia, during the warranty period only. Upon written application, and at our sole discretion, the warranty may be transferred to subsequent owners.



This warranty will be deemed invalid if the Product is:

(A) Physically damaged or not maintained as reasonable and necessary, or not used in accordance with the manufacturers operating instructions,

(B) Modified, altered or damaged by use of any accessory not sold by One Stop CPAP,

(C) Improperly installed or used with an incorrect power source,

(D) Repaired by someone other than One Stop CPAP for a defect or malfunction covered by this warranty,

(E) Used in conjunction with any equipment or as part of a system not supplied by One Stop CPAP,

(F) Tampered with or by opening or disassembling the product or where the Warranty Label (if applied) has been removed or damaged, or

(G) Considered to be normal wear and tear.

Unless specified by law, One Stop CPAP maximum liability extends to the repair or replacement of the defective product, or at our sole discretion, a full refund up to the maximum purchase price.



In the event that the Product requires repair at any time while this warranty is in effect, One Stop CPAP will repair the defect or replace the Product and return it to you without charge for parts or service. The manufacturer’s warranty does not provide for reimbursement or payment of incidental or consequential damages.This Warranty is in addition to and does not in any way affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

In the event that an item needs to be returned or repaired under warranty, it should be shipped by Registered Post, freight pre-paid, with evidence of original purchase (Eg. a copy of the original invoice), to: One Stop CPAP, PO Box 1806, Bundaberg, QLD 4670

We highly recommend you send goods to us by Registered Post so we can track the item and sign for the goods
